Shiloh Shooting Range is a family-run business that opened in 2007, because we identified a need to provide a much-needed service to members of our community who wished to obtain their concealed handgun license. 

We take weapons and firearms very seriously, but we do believe learning about your weapon should be fun and interesting.  Our intention, as a family-run and community oriented business, is to ensure all customers feel welcome and free to ask questions, and to foster a “home away from home” atmosphere, in a safe, friendly and clean facility.  Our mission is to provide responsible, law abiding Texas citizens with a safe and professionally controlled environment in which to practice and refine their handling of handguns, and to obtain their concealed Handgun Licenses.

As outlined in the Second amendment, it is every Americans’ right to bare arms.  However, civil rights also come with specific civil responsibilities, and we aim to keep Houston safe by teaching handgun users all aspects of this, in order to handle their weapons responsibly and safely.

Here at Shiloh shooting Range we have engaged the most professional and competent instructors to walk our clients through each step of the process of training, and applying for their Concealed Handgun License.  Our primary instructors have worked as sheriffs’ Deputies for over 30 years, and have been instructing since the inception of the concealed handgun license.  Not only will our instructors instill you with the confidence you need to practice safe shooting, they offer peace of mind that you are being trained by the best – total experts in their field.

Shiloh offers tactical instruction, such as drawing, shooting and correct technique to all levels of gun users, from beginner to those who are quite advanced but just wish to refine their technique and skills.

Not only do we provide professional instruction, but we keep up-to-date with all Texas concealed handgun laws as they are amended, and so help to keep our customers up-to-date on how these changes may affect them.

We are all in this together, and the more of our neighbors we can educate and equip to protect themselves and the community safely and responsibly, the better.  So feel free to come on in and introduce yourself – if we don’t already know you personally, we’d sure like to!
